SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Last updated: 7 September 2026
127 SKIN is operated by DARE 2 DARE, a private company registered in South Africa under registration number 2026/395627/07.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed through the 127 SKIN online store.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the delivery terms set out below, subject always to your rights under applicable South African law.
1. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is:
8 to 11 business days from the date your order is successfully confirmed.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and South African public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:
• Your delivery location
• Courier operations
• Order volumes
• Public holidays
• Severe weather
• Road closures
• Operational disruptions
• Events outside our reasonable control
We will take reasonable steps to process and deliver orders within the stated timeframe.
Where a material delay occurs, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable South African law.
2. COURIER SERVICE
127 SKIN currently uses Aramex for door-to-door delivery within supported areas in South Africa.
Orders will generally be delivered to the physical address supplied by the customer when placing the order.
Customers must provide an address at which the parcel can reasonably be received during normal courier delivery hours.
We may use another reputable courier service where reasonably necessary due to availability, location, service interruptions or operational requirements.
3. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information supplied at checkout is accurate and complete.
This includes:
• Recipient name
• Street address
• Suburb
• City or town
• Postal code
• Province
• Contact number
• Any relevant delivery instructions
127 SKIN is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information supplied by the customer.
If an incorrect address results in the parcel being returned to us or requiring redelivery, the customer may be responsible for reasonable additional courier costs where permitted by law.
4. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received or authorised.
Processing times may be affected by:
• High order volumes
• Promotional campaigns
• Product availability
• Payment verification
• Public holidays
• Courier collection schedules
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will notify the customer and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
5. DELIVERY DELAYS
Although we aim to deliver orders within 8 to 11 business days, unexpected delays may occur.
127 SKIN will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Courier network disruptions
• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Road closures
• Civil unrest
• Strikes
• Power disruptions
• System outages
• Vehicle breakdowns
• Remote-area delivery conditions
• Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer
• Other events beyond our reasonable control
However, nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights that a consumer may have under applicable South African law.
If delivery is materially delayed beyond the agreed timeframe, please contact us at:
chris@dare2dare.co.za
We will investigate the status of the order with the courier and take reasonable steps to resolve the issue.
6. TRACKING
Where tracking information is available, customers may receive tracking details after the parcel has been dispatched.
Tracking information may be provided by 127 SKIN, Aramex or another courier service used to fulfil the order.
Courier tracking systems may take time to update after collection.
A temporary delay in tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the parcel has stopped moving or has been lost.
7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
The courier may attempt to contact the recipient using the contact information provided at checkout.
Customers should ensure that someone is reasonably available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.
If delivery cannot be completed because:
• No one is available to receive the parcel
• The courier cannot access the premises
• The customer cannot be contacted
• Incorrect delivery details were supplied
the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel.
Where additional charges arise because of circumstances caused by the customer, the customer may be responsible for reasonable redelivery costs where permitted by law.
8. FAILED OR UNCOLLECTED DELIVERIES
If a parcel is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, we may contact the customer to arrange redelivery.
Additional delivery charges may apply where the failed delivery resulted from:
• An incorrect address
• An incomplete address
• Failure to provide access to the property
• Failure to respond to reasonable courier contact attempts
• Refusal of delivery without a valid legal basis
This does not affect any statutory rights available to the customer.
9. LOST PARCELS
If tracking information indicates that a parcel may have been lost in transit, please contact us.
We will investigate the matter with the courier.
Customers should not be required to resolve courier losses directly with Aramex where the courier was appointed by 127 SKIN.
Where a parcel is confirmed as lost before delivery, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
10. DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please inspect the contents as soon as reasonably possible.
If the product itself has been damaged during delivery, please contact:
chris@dare2dare.co.za
Please provide where reasonably possible:
• Your order number
• Your full name
• Photographs of the outer packaging
• Photographs of the damaged product
• A description of the damage
This information assists us in investigating the courier claim and resolving the issue.
Requesting photographs does not limit any statutory rights available to the customer.
11. DELIVERY RISK
Where 127 SKIN arranges delivery of an order, the risk associated with the goods will remain with us until delivery has been completed and the goods have been accepted by the customer, to the extent required by applicable South African law.
We may pursue any applicable claim directly with the courier if goods are lost or damaged before successful delivery.
12. REMOTE AND OUTLYING AREAS
Certain remote, rural or outlying areas may require additional delivery time.
If the courier cannot provide normal door-to-door service to a specific location, we may contact the customer to arrange an alternative delivery method where reasonably possible.
Any material additional cost will be communicated before being charged.
13. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND PEAK PERIODS
Orders placed during:
• Black Friday
• Christmas
• Major promotional periods
• South African public holidays
• High-volume sales campaigns
may experience longer processing or courier delivery times.
We recommend allowing additional time during these periods.
14. CHANGES TO AN ORDER
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to correct delivery information.
Once an order has been processed or handed to the courier, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
Any additional courier charges resulting from a customer-requested address change may be payable by the customer where permitted by law.
15. CANCELLATIONS DUE TO DELIVERY DELAYS
Where applicable South African law gives a customer the right to cancel an order because we have failed to deliver within an agreed or legally required timeframe, that right will apply notwithstanding anything in this policy.
Nothing in this Shipping & Delivery Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
