Orders arrive in an estimated 8–11 business days via Aramex. Your tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email, or check your account.

How long does delivery take?
Aramex delivers door-to-door across South Africa, usually within 8–11 business days of your order being confirmed. Weekends and public holidays aren't counted.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders of R 850 or more, and R 89 anywhere in South Africa otherwise. The Aura Sculptor qualifies for free delivery on its own, and so do any two devices together.
How do I pay? Is it safe?
Pay securely with Yoco — by card (Visa or Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Checkout is encrypted and your card details are never stored by us.
Can I return it?
Yes. Unused devices in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Because these devices touch your skin, used devices can't be returned for a change of mind.

What if my device is faulty?
If your device develops a genuine defect within 6 months of delivery, we'll repair, replace or refund it in line with the Consumer Protection Act. Email hello@127skin.co.za with your order number and a short description or video of the problem.

Yes. 127 SKIN is a registered South African company (registration 2026/395627/07), based in Langebaan, Western Cape. Questions go to a real person at hello@127skin.co.za.
I've seen similar devices elsewhere. What's the difference?
Lookalike products are being sold online using our images and branding. Genuine 127 SKIN devices are only sold at 127skin.co.za — buying here means you're covered by our returns policy, warranty and local support.
Is it suitable for my skin?
The devices are designed to be gentle for all skin types, including sensitive skin. If you have a skin condition or other medical concerns, check with your doctor or dermatologist before use.
When will I notice a difference?
Many customers say their skin looks fresher after their first few sessions. For the best results, use your device for 5–10 minutes a day — consistency matters more than intensity. Results vary from person to person.
Do I need special products?
No. Use the serum, gel or moisturiser you already have. Apply it to clean skin first, then use the device.
How do I clean my device?
After each use, wipe it gently with a soft, damp cloth and dry it thoroughly. Store it somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight.
